Young hero Kiran Abbavaram's massive periodic thriller movie "K" has been produced under the banner of Sri Chakras Entertainments, with Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy producing it with high production values. Directed by the duo Sujeeth and Sandeep, "K" is an action thriller set against a village backdrop. The movie was released theatrically on the occasion of Diwali on the 31st, and it gained blockbuster reviews, marking it as a Diwali winner.

The movie, which is performing well at the box office in both Telugu states, was recently released in Tamil. Released in limited screens, it has received positive feedback. Initially, the makers had planned to release the film in a pan-India format. Now, Kiran Abbavaram is set to test his luck in the Malayalam market. The release date for the Malayalam version of "K" has been announced for November 22 in Kerala.
