Madhavilatha Files Complaint Against JC Prabhakar Reddy Over Insulting Remarks

Madhavilatha Files Complaint Against JC Prabhakar Reddy

BJP leader and actress Madhavilatha, who is involved in a controversy with Tadipatri Municipal Chairman JC Prabhakar Reddy, has filed a complaint against him with the Cyberabad Commissioner of Police. The issue began after JC Prabhakar Reddy used abusive language, calling her a prostitute. Madhavilatha had already filed complaints with the Movie Artists Association (MAA) and the Telugu Film Chamber, and she is now seeking strict action against JC Prabhakar Reddy.

The controversy started when JC Prabhakar Reddy organized special New Year's celebrations for women at JC Park in Tadipatri. Madhavilatha released a video advising women not to attend the event, stating that there would be no safety for them. In response, JC Prabhakar Reddy used harsh language, criticizing Madhavilatha by saying that all actresses are prostitutes. His comments caused an uproar, and BJP leaders condemned his actions. Eventually, JC Prabhakar Reddy apologized, explaining that, at the age of 72, he did not intend to insult anyone but had acted out of anger.

Although JC Prabhakar Reddy apologized, Madhavilatha did not forgive him. She released a video stating that despite her efforts to move on, she could not forget what had happened. She expressed her pain, saying, "I tried hard, but I’m just human. The attack on my dignity, the words that can’t describe my suffering, every moment is filled with pain. Anger, disappointment, anguish, and sorrow are all overwhelming me at once." She also mentioned that people have repeatedly tried to break her self-confidence, and she felt deeply hurt.
