The Telugu trailer is scheduled to be launched on August 26 at 11:07 AM, and Mahesh Babu is expected to attend the event.

Nani has dubbed for the character Simba in the Telugu version of The Lion King.

The prequel explores how Mufasa rose to become the king of the jungle, the death of his brother Taka, and Scar’s attempts to kill Mufasa.

Directed by Academy Award winner Barry Jenkins, the movie features photorealistic technology and includes key performances by Aaron Stone and Kelvin Harrison Jr.
