Megastar Chiranjeevi to Receive Lifetime Achievement Honor

Megastar Chiranjeevi has received another rare honor. He is set to be felicitated at the House of Commons, UK Parliament. In recognition of his contributions to cinema and society for over four and a half decades, UK Labour Party MP Navendu Mishra will honor him. This event will take place on March 19 at the UK Parliament, with parliamentarians Sojan Joseph, Bob Blackman, and others attending.

At the same venue, the Bridge India organization will recognize Chiranjeevi's contributions to cinema, public service, and philanthropy by presenting him with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ for excellence in public service through cultural leadership. Bridge India is a renowned UK-based organization focused on public policy and honoring individuals whose achievements have had a broader societal impact. This is the first time the organization is presenting a Lifetime Achievement Award, and it is remarkable that Chiranjeevi is its recipient.

Earlier this year, in 2024, Chiranjeevi was honored with India’s second-highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan. On the film front, he is currently working on Vishwambhara, a socio-fantasy film directed by Vassishta and produced under the UV Creations banner. Trisha and Ashika Ranganath are playing the lead roles. After Vishwambhara, Chiranjeevi is set to collaborate with Anil Ravipudi for a comedy film, followed by a mass entertainer with Srikanth Odela.
