Mohan Babu's Bail Hearing Postponed by Supreme Court in Journalist Assault Case
The Supreme Court postponed the hearing of Mohan Babu's anticipatory bail petition in the journalist assault case after senior lawyer Mukul Rohatgi was unavailable.
The Supreme Court has postponed the hearing of the anticipatory bail petition filed by actor Mohan Babu in the case of assault on a journalist.The arguments were scheduled to continue today, but senior lawyer Mukul Rohatgi, representing Mohan Babu, was unavailable.
When another lawyer requested a pass-over, the bench did not agree and postponed the hearing until Thursday. Despite Mukul Rohatgi arriving shortly afterward to request, the judges did not accept his plea.
