Rumors about a romance between Dhanush and Mrunal Thakur have gained momentum after the duo was seen attending events together, and a viral clip surfaced of Mrunal singing Enna Sugam from Dhanush’s upcoming movie Idli Kadai.

Sources confirm they are dating, having met in Hyderabad and bonded over shared values. Though new, they’re comfortable being seen together but aren’t planning to go public yet.

Idli Kadai, featuring and directed by Dhanush, has been rescheduled for release on October 1, 2025, after a delay from its original April date.
