Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala's Grand Wedding
Reports suggest that Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding is scheduled for December 4. A wedding invitation has already been circulating online, creating a buzz. Their engagement reportedly took place on August 8 in a private ceremony attended by close friends and family, with Nagarjuna later sharing the engagement photos on Instagram. However, since their engagement, the couple has been surrounded by constant rumors, ranging from speculation about their marriage to viral controversies, keeping them in the headlines.
At one point, rumors emerged that their wedding might be canceled due to comments by Venu Swamy, which allegedly caused Nagarjuna’s family to rethink. Some reports claimed that after performing certain rituals and prayers, a new wedding date would be announced, while others suggested the marriage was called off entirely. However, the recent reveal of their wedding card seems to have silenced these speculations. According to the card, the wedding will take place at 8:13 AM on December 4 at Annapurna Studios, where Naga Chaitanya will tie the sacred thread around Sobhita’s neck.
The Akkineni family is reportedly following strict traditional practices regarding the mangalsutra (sacred thread) for the wedding. It is said that the gold mangalsutra must be crafted by individuals who observe fasting and perform Devi worship before beginning the process. Additionally, on the wedding day, both Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya are expected to perform specific rituals before the mangalsutra is tied, ensuring no negative influences or doshas affect their married life. The family's adherence to these stringent customs reflects their commitment to a sacred and auspicious union.
