Naga Chaitanya recently sparked excitement and confusion among fans with a viral video of him dressed as a groom, arriving in a white sherwani with his baraat and dancing to dhol beats. Many speculated about a potential wedding, especially following his recent engagement to Sobhita Dhulipala on August 8, 2024. However, it's been clarified that Chaitanya was actually dressed for the opening of a store in Hyderabad.

The engagement ceremony, held at Chaitanya's home, was a private event attended by close family. Naga Chaitanya’s father, superstar Nagarjuna, shared the news on social media, expressing joy and welcoming Sobhita into the family. The couple also shared romantic photos from their engagement. There are rumors of a destination wedding in 2025, but no official details have been confirmed yet.
