"Thandel" is the latest film starring the young superstar, Akkineni Nagarjuna’s son, Naga Chaitanya. Directed by Chandu Mondeti, the film is being produced under the prestigious Geetha Arts 2 banner by Bunny Vasu. The film is presented by Allu Aravind. Based on a real-life incident, the story revolves around a group of young men from Srikakulam who went to Gujarat to fish but were captured by Pakistan Navy personnel and imprisoned in Pakistan. The film depicts the struggles of the hero, whose fiance was in Srikakulam, and how they ultimately escaped from the Pakistani jail.

Initially, the film was expected to release in December 2024, and later it was planned for a Sankranti release. However, due to other films queuing up for release, the movie is now set for release on February 7.The first song from the film, "Bujji Thalli," was launched and garnered a favorable reaction.The makers have now revealed that the second single, titled "Namo Namah Shivaya," will be released soon.

The song was initially scheduled to release on December 22 in Kashi city, but it was delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. The official release date for the song is now confirmed for 5:04 PM on January 4. Sai Pallavi plays the heroine in the film, and Devi Sri Prasad is providing the music. The film's makers are preparing for its release on February 7.
