Nandamuri Balakrishna's first Indian sci-fi film, Aditya 369, is set for a grand re-release. The makers have announced that the movie will be digitized and re-released this summer to match today's advanced technology. Directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao and produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, this film is widely recognized as the first Indian movie based on the time-travel concept.

Balakrishna's portrayal as Sri Krishnadevaraya, Singeetam’s directorial brilliance, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam's voice, Jandhyala’s dialogues, Ilaiyaraaja’s mesmerizing music, Sivalenka Krishna Prasad’s production values, and the exceptional performances of the cast made this film unforgettable. The film's stunning sets, action sequences, costumes, and choreography played a crucial role in making Aditya 369 a masterpiece. Though the film industry has produced numerous movies, only a few remain etched in people’s hearts and discussions—Aditya 369 is one such classic.

Speaking about the re-release, producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad said, "I am as excited about this re-release as I was during the film’s first release. No matter how many times you watch this trendsetting film, it remains a visual delight. We have enhanced it in 4K digital format for a better experience. It is a proud moment to bring back this film, which entertained audiences of all ages and Nandamuri fans. Aditya 369 gave me and my production house immense recognition. We are making all arrangements for a grand re-release this summer."
