The upcoming period gangster drama Dragon is drawing attention to North Africa. The film brings together star actor Jr NTR and acclaimed director Prashanth Neel. Actress Rukmini Vasanth takes on the female lead role. Recent reports revealed that Jr NTR sustained minor injuries while filming an advertisement, leading to a temporary halt in the movie’s shooting schedule.

Major portions of Dragon are planned to be filmed across North African regions, particularly in Tunisia. Director Prashanth Neel is expected to travel to North Africa later this month to finalize shooting spots, with the primary filming scheduled to begin in Tunisia this November.

According to producer Bhogatta, the team will first shoot in Hyderabad during the first week of November, after which they plan to move to Africa for the next phase of production. The film is presented by T-Series Films under Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar, with Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, and Kosaraju Harikrishna serving as producers. Dragon is slated for a June 25 release next year.
