Police Complaint Filed Against Game Changer Team Over Unpaid Wages
Junior artists have filed a police complaint against the Game Changer team, alleging non-payment of promised wages, adding to the film's box office struggles and budget controversies.

A police complaint has been filed against the Game Changer team by junior artists, alleging non-payment of wages. Around 350 artists from Guntur and Vijayawada claimed they were promised ₹1,200 each by co-director Swargam Siva but were not paid. They demanded justice from director Shankar and producer Dil Raju, urging the arrest of Swargam Siva.
Despite being made on a massive ₹350-400 crore budget, Game Changer turned out to be a box office disaster. The film, shot over three and a half years, reportedly overspent on unnecessary junior artists and star cameos. While the producers faced heavy losses, they found relief with the success of Sankranthikai Yaalaam. The controversy has sparked debate on social media, questioning financial mismanagement in big-budget films.:
