It’s known that global star Prabhas is set to collaborate with Animal fame director Sandeep Reddy Vanga for a new film titled Spirit, one of the most highly anticipated projects from Sandeep Reddy Vanga's production camp. To clarify the project’s timeline, T-Series Managing Director Bhushan Kumar recently shared updates, stating that the puja ceremony for Spirit will be held in December. Sandeep Reddy Vanga is currently focusing on script writing and preparing songs alongside the music director. Spirit is expected to be a full-fledged cop drama, with regular shooting scheduled to begin in January 2025.

Bhushan Kumar also added that they plan to complete Spirit’s shoot in just six months and aim for a release in the first half of 2026. His comments have delighted Prabhas' fans, who are excited about the swift progress. There are also reports that popular South Korean actor Ma Dong-seok is likely to play the villain in the movie, though an official announcement is awaited.

The team behind Spirit has planned for a pan-Asian release, with versions in Indian languages as well as Chinese and Korean. Fans are particularly excited as this will be the first time Prabhas dons a police uniform on screen for Spirit. Sandeep Reddy Vanga and T-Series head Bhushan Kumar are producing the film, adding another layer of excitement for this ambitious venture.
