Preity Zinta Rejects Congress Allegations, Denounces False Claims

Preity Zinta Rejects Congress Allegations

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has expressed strong anger against the Congress party. It is well known that the Kerala Congress party accused the actress of giving her social media accounts to the BJP in order to write off an ₹18 crore loan she had taken from New India Cooperative Bank. In response to the Congress party’s allegations, the actress has now reacted strongly.

She clarified that she personally manages her social media accounts and has not given them to anyone. She also stated that no one had written off her loan. She mentioned that she had taken a loan from the bank over a decade ago and had already repaid it. She expressed shock after seeing the post made by the Congress party and criticized the false propaganda being spread against her, calling it shameful. She posted this response on X (formerly Twitter).

On Monday, the Kerala Congress party posted on X alleging that Preity Zinta had handed over her social media accounts to the BJP, which led to the ₹18 crore loan from New India Cooperative Bank being waived off. The post also mentioned that the bank had been shut down last week, leaving depositors stranded. The Congress post included a photo of Preity Zinta. The actress has now responded to this accusation.
