Rajinikanth's Birthday Celebration Marks New Coolie Shoot with Amir Khan and Upendra

On the occasion of Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth's birthday, fans, followers, celebrities, and co-stars are extending their birthday wishes. Despite the celebrations, the Thalaiva remained busy on set. Currently, Thalaiva is working on the film Coolie, where he is playing the title role, under the direction of Kollywood star director Lokesh Kanagaraj. The movie is in its shooting stage.

As per earlier reports, the new schedule for Coolie has begun today in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Amir Khan, Upendra, Thalaiva, and Reba Monica John are participating in this schedule. The shoot is currently taking place at the Sambhar Lake region. Visuals related to this shoot have gone viral on the internet.

It is reported that the scenes involving Amir Khan, Thalaiva, and the team will be filmed in Jaipur for the next 10 days. The Coolie shoot is expected to be completed by the end of this month. The movie is slated for a grand worldwide release on May 1, 2025. The film, which revolves around the illegal gold smuggling trade, also stars Sathyaraj, Mahendran, Akkineni Nagarjuna, and Soubin Shahir in key roles. The movie is being produced under the Sun Pictures banner, with Anirudh Ravichander providing the music and background score.
