Speaking about Diwali, she mentioned that everyone celebrates it with fireworks.

During one Diwali, her father handed her a ₹500 note.

When she asked why, he explained that she could buy firecrackers with that money but it causes pollution.

Instead, he suggested using the money to buy something for the needy, like chocolates.

Rakul found her father's words to be true and impactful.

At that time, she was in the 5th grade and has not burned firecrackers since then.
