When asked about the first film she watched in a theatre, Rashmika mentioned Ghilli and incorrectly stated it was a remake of Pokiri. In reality, Ghilli is a remake of Okkadu, starring Mahesh Babu. The mix-up led to heavy trolling from netizens, as Okkadu is a classic in Telugu cinema. Rashmika quickly apologized, acknowledging her mistake and expressing her love for both Pokiri and Okkadu. She also noted that she shared screen space with both Thalapathy Vijay and Mahesh Babu.
