RC16 Update: Ram Charan's New Film Begins Shooting In Mysore

Ram Charan's upcoming movie RC16, directed by Buchi Babu, officially started shooting today, November 22, 2024, in Mysore. The film, a village sports action drama, stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. RC16 is produced by Mythri Movies in collaboration with Sukumar Writings and Vriddhi Cinemas.

The first shooting schedule will take place in Mysore for about 15 days, with key scenes being filmed. Director Buchi Babu began the shoot with a special puja at the Chamundeshwari Temple, seeking blessings for the project. After the Mysore schedule, filming will move to Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. AR Rahman is composing the music, and Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar has a key role in the film. RC16 is expected to be released on January 10 as a Sankranti gift.
