Ram Gopal Varma Apologizes to Chiranjeevi Over 'Shiva' Re-Release Wishes
Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) has issued an apology to Megastar Chiranjeevi following his recent wishes related to the re-release of his debut directorial film Shiva. The veteran actor had earlier shared his admiration for the cult classic, emphasizing the profound impact the movie had on Telugu cinema.
Responding to Chiranjeevi’s remarks, RGV shared a post on his social media handle RGVX, stating, “Thank you, Chiranjeevi garu. My apologies if I unintentionally caused any discomfort. I deeply appreciate your heartfelt wishes to our team.” However, Varma did not clarify the exact reason behind his apology, sparking widespread discussions among fans online.
Many movie lovers recalled the long-awaited project that was once planned between Chiranjeevi and Varma, tentatively titled Vinalanu Idu, which never materialized.
