Rishab Shetty to Make His Telugu Debut with Upcoming Film Official Announcement Soon

After watching films like Seetharamam, Saar, and Lucky Bhaskar, there have been comments wondering if these types of stories would suit Telugu heroes. It’s unclear whether these scripts are coming to Telugu stars, whether they are rejecting them, or if directors believe these stories do not suit Telugu actors. Meanwhile, actors like Dhanush, Karthi, and Dulquer Salman have made a mark in Telugu cinema. Not only them, but other Tamil actors are also ready to act in Telugu films.

Kannada star actor Rishab Shetty, who created a sensation with Kantara, seems to have given the green signal for a Telugu film. Currently busy with the Kantara prequel, Rishab is making his entry into Telugu cinema with Prashanth Varma's much-awaited film Jai Hanuman. The first look of the film recently released and received a great response. Now, Rishab Shetty seems to be ready to do a straight Telugu film as the solo hero.

It is being reported on social media that Ashwin Gangaraju, known for Aakashavani, will direct this film, and top production house Sithara Entertainments will produce it. Rishab Shetty reportedly agreed to the film because he liked the newness of the story and the emotional depth of his character. The official announcement regarding the film is expected this week. If this is true, Rishab Shetty is set to establish a solid market for himself in Telugu cinema.
