"Roti Kapda Romance," produced by prominent filmmaker Bekkem Venugopal of Lucky Media, in collaboration with Srujan Kumar Bojja, features Harsha Narra, Sandeep Saroj, Tarun, Supraj Ranga, Sonu Thakur, Nuvveksha, Meghalekha, and Khushboo Choudhary in key roles. Directed by Vikram Reddy, the film was initially scheduled for release on November 22. However, due to unavailability of theaters, the makers have decided to postpone the release to November 28 for a massive grand launch.

The producers stated their goal is for audiences to enjoy the film in theaters, emphasizing its appeal as a youthful romantic entertainer. They announced paid premieres from November 22 in major cities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Special screenings have already been held for some general audiences and youth groups, receiving overwhelmingly positive responses.
