Director Chandu Mondeti revealed that Sai Pallavi has been unwell. She has been suffering from fever and cold for the past few days. Despite this, she participated in several movie-related events, which led to her condition worsening. Her doctors have advised her to take at least two days of bed rest. Therefore, she was unable to attend the trailer launch event of Tandell in Mumbai.

The movie Tandell is directed by Chandu Mondeti, starring Nag Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles. This marks their second collaboration after Love Story. Based on real-life events, the film portrays a love story with Nag Chaitanya playing the role of Raja and Sai Pallavi as Bujji Thalli. Produced by Bunny Vasu and presented by Allu Arvind, with music by Devi Sri Prasad, the movie is set to release on February 7.
