Rebel Star Prabhas and Prashanth Neel's Salaar earned nearly ₹1,000 crores at the box office. With intense action sequences and Prabhas' mass appeal, fans loved the film. Now, Salaar is set for a re-release, as fans eagerly wait for Salaar Part 2. While re-releases have become common, some feel it’s unusual for a film to re-release so soon after its original run. Given the immense craze around Salaar Part 1, the makers are planning a re-release. With Kalki 2898 AD also being a blockbuster and discussions about Salaar Part 2 gaining traction, the producers believe this move will bring in good profits. Salaar Part 1 is now one of the fastest films to get a re-release. Prashanth Neel packed the film with grand action sequences, making it a major theatrical attraction once again. The re-release is officially set for March 21.

March will also see the re-releases of movies like Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Yuganiki Okkadu, and Evade Subramanyam, making it a rare month for multiple re-releases. Meanwhile, Prabhas is busy with Raja Saab directed by Maruthi, set for a summer release. He is also working on a film with Hanu Raghavapudi, tentatively titled Fauji, and will begin Spirit with Sandeep Reddy Vanga this year. Additionally, Salaar 2 and Kalki 2898 AD Part 2 are yet to go on floors. With so many projects lined up, Salaar's re-release is an exciting treat for Prabhas fans.
