Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently attracted attention after Telangana minister Konda Surekha made controversial claims about her divorce from Naga Chaitanya, who married for four years. In response to Naga referring to her as his "former spouse," which drew criticism, Samantha shared a cryptic Instagram post stating, “You don’t have to do something huge to make a huge difference.”

Surekha alleged that KTR was involved in their split, claiming he demanded Samantha be sent to him in exchange for not demolishing Nagarjuna’s N-Convention Centre. Samantha urged Surekha to be mindful of her words and respect privacy, while Naga stated their divorce was mutual and condemned the rumors as baseless.

Nagarjuna announced legal action against Surekha, filing a criminal defamation case and a Rs 100-crore lawsuit, criticizing her comments and questioning the lack of an apology directed at his family.
