Tollywood actress Samantha welcomed the report and praised the efforts of the Women in Cinema Collective (WCC) in Kerala.

Key Appeal:

Samantha urged the Telangana government to publish the "Voice of Women" sub-committee report created in 2019 for the Telugu film industry.

Mohanlal's Resignation:

In response to the Hema Committee report, Mohanlal resigned as the president of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA).
