Nandamuri Balakrishna, fresh off the success of Daaku Maharaaj, is preparing for his next big release, Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, directed by Boyapati Srinu. The film is set to hit theaters on September 25, 2025.

In a recent update, the makers revealed that Samyuktha will be the female lead, replacing Pragya Jaiswal, who was initially cast in the role. Samyuktha is expected to begin filming soon.

Produced by Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner, the film’s music will be composed by Thaman, adding to the anticipation for the project.
