Shanthi Priya, the sister of renowned actress Bhanupriya, is now grabbing attention with her bold new look. Bhanupriya, who won immense admiration for her beauty and acting, has acted alongside top Tollywood heroes and is currently doing character roles. Her sister Shanthi Priya too impressed audiences in several films like Maharshi, Kaliyuga Abhimanyudu, and Simha Swapnam. She later moved to Bollywood and married Hindi actor Siddharth Ray in 1999, after which she stepped away from films.

Recently, Shanthi Priya stunned everyone with her latest look, where she appeared bald and wearing her late husband’s blazer. Siddharth Ray passed away due to a heart attack in 2004. Before his death, Shanthi Priya had re-entered the entertainment world with TV serials and shows. Deeply affected by her husband's death, she shaved her head and posted bold photos of herself in a blazer on social media, which went viral. She clarified that the photos were taken to define beauty in her own way.

She said the decision was made with mental strength and that shaving her head gave her a unique emotional experience. As a woman, she explained, we place many limitations on ourselves, but this transformation helped her break free. Shanthi Priya said this act was to challenge society’s imposed beauty standards and that wearing her husband’s blazer made her feel as if he was still with her.
