Hyderabad: Actress Sobhita Dhulipala has put an end to ongoing pregnancy rumors that recently gained traction across social media platforms.

Speculation about the Akkineni family expecting a new member began circulating a few days ago, with reports suggesting that actor Naga Chaitanya was set to become a father. The rumors intensified following the couple’s frequent public appearances together after their marriage in December 2024. Additional gossip emerged after actor Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna were reportedly seen alone at Allu Sirish’s reception, further fueling baseless assumptions.

However, Sobhita Dhulipala effectively dismissed the rumors by making a public appearance at the Telangana Gaddar Film Awards alongside her husband. Notably, she chose a slim-fitting saree, seemingly leaving no room for further speculation. Her appearance has now clarified that the pregnancy reports were unfounded.

Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya continues to enjoy professional success. His recent film Tandel has emerged as a major hit, and he was honoured with the Best Actor award at the event.

Veteran actor Nagarjuna also addressed the rumors at a recent gathering, stating that any such personal news would be officially announced by the family if and when appropriate.
