Soundarya's Husband Denies Property Dispute with Mohan Babu, Calls Rumors False

Mohan Babu | Recently, social media was flooded with reports claiming that senior Tollywood actor Mohan Babu had taken over the property of late actress Soundarya. A fan of Soundarya, named Yedurugatla Chittibabu from Khammam district, lodged a police complaint accusing Mohan Babu of being responsible for Soundarya’s death. He alleged that Mohan Babu was involved in the 2004 plane crash that took Soundarya’s life and demanded that he vacate a township in Jalpally, Hyderabad, which he claimed belonged to Soundarya. He also expressed concerns about his safety, stating that Mohan Babu posed a threat to his life.

These allegations spread widely on social media, and several Telugu news channels also reported them as true. However, Soundarya’s husband, Raghu, has now issued an open letter refuting these accusations against Mohan Babu.

Raghu stated that false propaganda had been circulating regarding Soundarya’s property in Hyderabad. He clarified that the reports claiming Mohan Babu had taken over her assets were untrue. He emphasized that there had never been any land transactions between Mohan Babu and Soundarya. Raghu further mentioned that he had known Mohan Babu for a long time and had a strong relationship with his family for over 25 years. He expressed deep respect for Mohan Babu and clarified that there were no property disputes between them, urging people to stop spreading false rumors.
