Telugu Comedian Sapthagiri's Mother Passes Away After Illness

Telugu comedian Sapthagiri Prasad's family is grieving a tragic loss. His mother, Chittemma, passed away after battling health issues for the past few days. Sapthagiri shared the sad news on social media. She breathed her last on Tuesday night while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bengaluru. Family members stated that her final rites will be conducted today in her native place in Tirupati. Several film celebrities are expected to arrive in Tirupati today to pay their respects.

Sapthagiri has earned a good reputation as a comedian in the Telugu film industry. His real name is Venkata Prabhu Prasad, but he entered the film world as Sapthagiri. Initially, he began his career as an assistant director before making his acting debut in the Allu Arjun starrer Parugu, which brought him popularity.

He later gained recognition with films like Prema Katha Chitram and Venkatadri Express. Sapthagiri has appeared in numerous Telugu films as a comedian and has also played lead roles in a few movies.
