Prabhas' upcoming horror comedy The Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi and marking Malavika Mohanan’s Telugu debut, may not release on its earlier date of December 5, 2025.

Producer TG Vishwa Prasad revealed they’re now planning a January 9, 2026, release to align with the Sankranthi season, following requests from film business stakeholders. However, Bollywood buyers still prefer the original date.

Some patchwork and songs are pending, and the team has removed the release date from Malavika’s birthday poster, hinting at the likely shift to January.
