Citadel Launch :Actor Varun Dhawan recently praised his co-star Samantha Ruth Prabhu during the teaser launch event for their upcoming show, Citadel: Honey Bunny. He also revealed his favorite song from Samantha's filmography.

On Thursday, Bollywood star Varun Dhawan and the talented Samantha Ruth Prabhu attended the teaser launch for their new web series, Citadel: Honey Bunny. The event saw the duo exchanging compliments, with Varun sharing his fondness for a particular song from Samantha's movies.

Varun told the media, I really enjoy the song 'Ne Ne Nani Ne' from Eega. It's one of my favorites. Every time I saw Samantha, I'd ask, 'Can we make a reel with this song?' She was outstanding in that film. Working with her on this series made me realize, 'Oh, that was Samantha!' She has delivered so many hits that I didn’t recognize her at first.

When Varun began to sing the song, Samantha laughed and commented, He has been wanting to do this for ages.

Directed by Raj and DK, Citadel: Honey Bunny is the Indian adaptation of the original series starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden. In addition to Honey Bunny, Varun Dhawan also has the Atlee-directed film Baby John upcoming.
