Tollywood actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are set to enter a new phase in their lives as they prepare to tie the knot on February 26 in Udaipur. The couple, who have reportedly shared a long-standing relationship, will solemnise their wedding in an intimate ceremony attended by close family members and select friends.

Preparations for the wedding are already underway in Udaipur, with the couple having arrived at the destination ahead of the festivities. The ceremony is expected to be conducted in accordance with Telugu traditions while also incorporating elements of the Kodava cultural heritage.

As per Kodava customs, ancestral blessings hold significant importance, and traditional rituals will reflect this cultural aspect. Unique practices, including symbolic rice ceremonies, traditional attire, special cuisine, and the prominent role of the bride’s mother, are expected to be part of the celebrations.

Pre-wedding events have commenced with the Mehndi ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, followed by Haldi and Sangeet functions on February 25. These private yet grand celebrations are being attended by family members and close friends. Guests are reportedly being welcomed with coconut water, and a curated menu featuring Japanese cuisine has also been arranged.

Following the wedding in Udaipur, a grand reception is expected to be hosted in Hyderabad for industry colleagues and extended guests.

The couple’s wedding invitation has already gained significant traction on social media, making their upcoming nuptials one of the most discussed events in the Telugu film industry.
