Vishwak Sen Breaks Silence on Middle Finger Controversy
Vishwak Sen's film Laila is set to release on February 14, but a controversy erupted before its release due to an event. During this event, actor "30 Years Industry" Prithviraj made remarks that angered YSRCP supporters. In response, Vishwak Sen held a press meet urging people not to vent their anger on him or his film. However, a recent Instagram post by Vishwak, where he shared a picture showing the middle finger, went viral, with YSRCP supporters accusing him of intentionally provoking them.
Amid the controversy, Vishwak Sen clarified through his social media that his posts were purely related to his movie. He explained that the middle finger image was from the Sonu Model first look poster, which was released a month ago, and the recent red suit photo was also taken earlier. He urged people to spread love and maintain peace instead of overanalyzing his promotional posts, as he does not reconsider his posts multiple times before sharing them.
Vishwak Sen further stated that Sonu Model will hit theaters on February 14 and encouraged audiences to watch it. He also addressed social media trolls, emphasizing that using foul language online does not make anyone famous. He reiterated that he will not back down every time and had already apologized to those genuinely hurt. He requested people to remain calm and not drag him or his film into politics, as he is solely an actor.
