The film is directed by debutant director Raviteja Mullapudi. It is produced on a large budget by Ram Talluri under his banner, SRT Entertainments. The trailer of Mechanic Rocky, featuring Vishwak Sen, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Shraddha Srinath in a love triangle, has already garnered an excellent response. The film has completed its shooting and is set for release on November 22.

In the lead-up to the film's release, Vishwak Sen’s fans have expressed concerns over the delay in promotions. However, the actor has planned a "Super Week" promotional strategy for the film. Promotions will kick off one week before the release, and a mass campaign is being organized to ensure the film reaches audiences on its release day. The film's promotional team is working swiftly to complete the necessary marketing, and the team is now preparing for a grand pre-release event.

The pre-release event for Mechanic Rocky will take place on the evening of November 17, starting at 5:00 PM, at the JNSDW Indoor Stadium in Warangal. The makers have announced that the second trailer of the movie will be released during the event, and the film's music has been composed by Jakes Bejoy.
