The much-anticipated projects of Jr NTR, including Devara and War 2, have kept fans eagerly waiting for his next major release. While expectations are high for his upcoming collaboration with Prashanth Neel, a temporary setback has emerged during the film’s shoot.

The film, which has been widely referred to by the working title Dragon, is yet to receive an official title announcement. Despite this, large-scale action sequences have already been filmed, and the production was progressing at a steady pace. Given Prashanth Neel’s previous successes with KGF and Salaar, expectations surrounding the project remain exceptionally high.

According to sources close to the production, an elaborate action episode involving NTR was underway when the actor reportedly fell ill due to continuous shooting and unfavorable weather conditions. Following medical advice, the director and production team decided to temporarily halt the shoot, allowing the actor adequate rest and recovery.

Industry insiders have clarified that there is no cause for concern, as the health issue is not serious. Once NTR fully recovers, the shooting schedule is expected to resume without major disruptions.

The film stars Rukmini Vasanth as the female lead and is currently scheduled for release on June 26. Although minor schedule adjustments may occur due to this brief pause, the project continues to remain one of the most talked-about films of the year.
