The incident occurred at the India’s Got Latent show, where he was present alongside stand-up comedian Samay Raina and social media influencer Apurva Mukija.

During the event, Ranveer reportedly made objectionable comments that sparked a major controversy. A complaint was filed against him, Samay Raina, and Apurva Mukija, alleging that they used offensive language during the show. A concerned individual lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Commissioner and the Maharashtra Women’s Commission, demanding strict action.

Following the complaint, the Mumbai Commissionerate registered a case against the accused. The controversy has triggered widespread criticism, with many calling for accountability over the remarks made during the show.
