Mythri Movie Makers is preparing for the release of Pushpa 2, the sequel to the hit film Pushpa: The Rise, scheduled for December 5, 2024. The production house recently announced that the film has already generated an impressive ₹420 crore in non-theatrical sales, setting a new industry record.

Producer Ravi Shankar expressed optimism for a record-breaking opening day, while fellow producer Naveen mentioned the film's total business could reach ₹1,000 crore, thanks to both non-theatrical and theatrical revenues.

In Karnataka, the film is set to release across 500 screens, exceeding the number for KGF 2. A local distributor anticipates that Pushpa 2 will surpass the highest previous earnings in the state, estimated at ₹90-95 crore. With strong buzz and high expectations, the film is predicted to break the ₹30 crore mark on opening day, making it a significant milestone in Allu Arjun's career and Indian cinema.
