Chris Hemsworth Remembers Viral Indian Theatre Moment
Chris Hemsworth's thrilling entrance as Thor in Avengers: Infinity War continues to resonate with fans, especially in India.

In an interview with PTI, he fondly recalled the viral clip from an Indian theatre where audiences erupted with excitement, throwing popcorn as he declared, "Bring Me Thanos." He expressed his admiration for Indian fans, stating, "I had never seen anything like it."
The iconic scene features Thor entering amidst thunder during a climactic battle, seeking vengeance for his brother Loki's death. Hemsworth's portrayal of Thor across multiple films has solidified his status in the MCU.
Additionally, Hemsworth has ties to India through his role in the Netflix film Extraction, filmed there in 2020. He is now lending his voice to Optimus Prime in Transformers One, an animated prequel to the live-action series. He described the film as having a "similar energy" to the MCU, highlighting its relatable themes, humor, and visual appeal.
Transformers One, which also features voice talents like Scarlett Johansson and Laurence Fishburne, is currently showing in theatres across India in various formats.
