Deepika Padukone has reportedly been dropped from the upcoming Prabhas-led pan-India movie Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Initially rumored as the female lead, Deepika’s exit came after disagreements over her demands, including an 8-hour workday request, a large share of the film’s earnings, and refusal to deliver dialogues in Telugu.

Reports say she was to receive her highest fee of around Rs 20 crore, but Sandeep Reddy Vanga decided to part ways due to these conflicts. The director is now searching for a replacement. Neither Deepika Padukone nor Sandeep Reddy Vanga have publicly addressed the reports so far.
