Deepika Padukone is all set to return to Telugu cinema, starring opposite Allu Arjun in director Atlee’s upcoming ₹700 crore action film, tentatively titled AA22XA6. The project, produced by Sun Pictures, will begin filming in July or August.

After Kalki 2898 AD and during her maternity break, Deepika signed the film following Jawan’s success.

The movie also features Janhvi Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur, while Allu Arjun takes on a dual role for the very first time in his career. Set in an alternate reality, the movie will feature high-end VFX by top Los Angeles studios. With a powerful cast, massive budget, and Atlee’s pan-India appeal, AA22XA6 is expected to be a major box-office hit.
