Dhurandhar: The Revenge Poster: The makers of Dhurandhar have officially announced the title of its sequel as Dhurandhar: The Revenge, unveiling a striking new poster ahead of the teaser launch scheduled for today at 12:12 pm.
Actor Ranveer Singh shared the poster on Instagram, revealing a visually intense design dominated by deep red tones that set a dark and ominous mood. At the centre of the poster, Ranveer is seen standing in the rain, staring ahead with a fierce and unyielding expression.
The backdrop features the words “THE REVENGE” carved into a blood-red wall, symbolising the heightened intensity of the sequel. The release date, March 19, 2026, is prominently displayed, indicating the theatrical debut of the film.
Sharing the poster, Ranveer wrote, “Ab Bigadne Ka Waqt Aa Gaya Hai. Dhurandhar: The Revenge. Teaser Out Today at 12:12 PM. Releasing in cinemas worldwide on 19th March 2026 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam.” Given the film’s multilingual release, the actor also shared posters in all five languages.
Apart from Ranveer Singh, the film features an ensemble cast including R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, and Arjun Rampal. The Dhurandhar franchise is envisioned as a two-part series, with the first installment focusing on a covert counter-terrorism mission.
The narrative follows an undercover Indian intelligence operative who infiltrates Karachi’s criminal syndicates and political power circles to dismantle a terror network threatening India. The storyline draws loose inspiration from real-life geopolitical events in South Asia, including the 1999 IC-814 hijacking, the 2001 Indian Parliament attack, the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, and developments related to Pakistan’s Operation Lyari.
Earlier, director Aditya Dhar and Ranveer Singh had heightened anticipation by teasing the sequel’s teaser with a cryptic Instagram post that read, “Tomorrow 12:12.”
Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues the story of Hamza Ali Mazhari, an Indian undercover agent who successfully infiltrates Pakistan’s underworld. After eliminating Rehman Dakait, Hamza rises within the power structure, only to confront his most dangerous enemy yet Major Iqbal, an ISI strategist known as Bade Sahab.
