Euphoria Season 3: Zendaya Hints at Exciting Storylines Post-High School

In a recent interview, the Emmy Award-winning actress confirmed that the upcoming season will feature a time jump, allowing the characters to navigate life after high school. Zendaya humorously noted, “There’s only so much high school drama you can deal with… and then she cheats on her boyfriend again!”

While she couldn't reveal many plot details, Zendaya assured fans that the new season will be “fascinating.” She explained that it will be intriguing to see how the characters evolve outside of their high school setting and how their teenage experiences influence their adult lives. “I’ll be interested to see what happens too,” she added.

Returning cast members include Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, and Maude Apatow. However, Barbie Ferreira will not reprise her role, and the show is mourning the loss of Angus Cloud, who passed away in July 2023.

Sydney Sweeney expressed her excitement about reprising her role as Cassie after a three-year break since the second season premiered in 2022. Reflecting on the time jump, she mentioned, “I’m kind of just learning as I go and being open for whatever’s to come. But I’m also really excited. I love Cassie. She is always such a thrilling character to play.”
