Ahead of his return, he shared a photo on his Weverse account on October 7, showcasing his packed bag with the caption “D-10.” The bag displayed a South Korean flag and charms saying “Go J-Hope” and “You’re Our Hope,” along with his military boots, exciting fans about his upcoming homecoming.

On October 2, J-Hope also posted on Instagram, sharing various pictures, including a glimpse from an art exhibition and adorable selfies with his dog, Mickey. He captioned it in Korean, hinting at his upcoming deployment day.

In other news, a volunteer from a dog center revealed that J-Hope has been supporting their efforts for three years, even during his military service. They expressed gratitude for his consistent donations, which have significantly improved the shelter's conditions.

On the professional front, J-Hope released his debut solo album, Jack in the Box, in 2022, followed by the documentary J-Hope in the Box. He also collaborated with J. Cole on the single "On The Street" and made a solo comeback with Hope On The Street VOL. 1 earlier this year.
