Prabhas’ highly anticipated action-thriller Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is set to begin filming in May 2025. The film, a high-octane cop drama, is scheduled for a 2026 release. Vanga has nearly completed the script, aiming to redefine the cop thriller genre with a unique, intense narrative. Prabhas, who is undergoing rigorous training for the role, will be seen as a transformed cop with a leaner physique. The film will be shot in Hyderabad and various locations across India and abroad. Spirit will mark the third collaboration between Vanga and Bhushan Kumar, following Kabir Singh and Animal.
