Squid Game Season 2: Netflix Teases Seong Gi-hun's Vengeful Return

The 30-second clip, released on August 12, shows Gi-hun back in the game with a new goal: revenge. The teaser also introduces a new batch of players, all vying for the huge prize money. The teaser, titled ‘Welcome Players,’ reveals participants in green jackets with numbers climbing up to 456, hinting at Gi-hun's involvement as a player again. The message, “The Real Game Begins,” sets the stage for the upcoming season. Netflix has announced that Season 2 will debut on December 26.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the new season, with many expressing excitement over Gi-hun's return and the new twist of vengeance. Netflix has also announced that Season 3 will follow in 2025, with director Hwang Dong Hyuk teasing a continued clash between Gi-hun and the Front Man.
