Bhool Chuk Maaf, a sci-fi love comedy starring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi, will be released on Amazon Prime Video two weeks after its theatrical release. Fans will be able to stream the movie sooner because the filmmakers opted for a shorter window than the industry standard of eight weeks.

Bhool Chuk Maaf had a strong opening, earning Rs 7 crore on its debut Friday. Initially a small-scale performer, it quickly became a major attraction, with earnings rising to Rs 9.5 crore on Saturday and Rs 11.5 crore on Sunday. The romantic comedy earned Rs 44.1 crore by the end of its first week.

In just 11 days, Bhool Chuk Maaf has collected Rs 61.20 crore. This romance drama has surpassed Srikanth's lifetime earnings to become Rajkummar Rao’s third highest-grossing film so far. Produced by Maddock Films in association with Amazon MGM Studios, it was initially set for a direct OTT release on May 16. Though an official announcement is still awaited, the OTT release is reportedly scheduled for June 6.
