Dhurandhar OTT Release Update: Netflix Deal Value, Streaming Date Revealed

“Dhurandhar” is currently enjoying a strong run as a pan-India success at the box office. Although it is a Hindi-language film, it has received an impressive response in South India, particularly across the Telugu-speaking regions. Audiences who have already watched the movie have expressed positive opinions, while others are waiting for its digital release. Meanwhile, speculation regarding the film’s OTT agreement has been widely circulating on social media.

The movie features Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, and Arjun Rampal in key roles. It is helmed by Aditya Dhar, best known for directing “Uri.” Prior to its theatrical release, expectations around the film were fairly moderate, but after hitting cinemas, it quickly gained blockbuster status. So far, “Dhurandhar” has reportedly earned close to Rs 700 crore worldwide. The makers have also confirmed a sequel, which is scheduled to release in theaters on March 19.

Regarding its digital premiere, Netflix has officially secured the streaming rights to “Dhurandhar.” Initial reports suggested that the deal was valued at around Rs 130 crore. However, more recent rumors claim the agreement is worth as much as Rs 285 crore. These contrasting figures have fueled ongoing discussions and debates online.

As per the streaming arrangement, the film is set to arrive on OTT platforms only after completing an eight-week theatrical window. Based on this timeline, “Dhurandhar” is expected to start streaming on Netflix from January 30. There have also been talks about a Telugu-dubbed version being released digitally, but no official confirmation has been provided so far.
