Jigra OTT Release Date and Platform Update: Following the success of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, Alia Bhatt is set to return in Jigra, which is directed by Vasan Bala. The film, produced by Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Productions, was released in theaters on October 11, 2024, during the Dussehra weekend.

Jigra tells the emotional story of siblings Satya (Alia Bhatt) and Ankur (Vedang Raina), with Satya going to great lengths to save her brother, who faces a death sentence abroad. The film is expected to clash at the box office with Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, starring Rajkummar Rao and Tripti Dimri.

Netflix has reportedly acquired the OTT rights for Jigra, with a likely streaming release in late November or early December 2024. Official dates are yet to be confirmed.
