The Lord of the Rings is one of the best movie series in Hollywood history. All the films in this series were massive hits at the box office and won numerous awards. Following this success, a prequel web series titled "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" was released on Amazon Prime in 2022, which also made a significant impact. Although it is called a web series, the makers produced Part 1 with a huge budget, maintaining high production values, and released it on Amazon Prime.

Now, Part 2 is set to release on August 29 this year. The makers have recently released the Telugu trailer for "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power." These films are based on novels written by J.R.R. Tolkien. For the prequel of "The Lord of the Rings," Amazon has spent ₹3,250 crores. Notably, ₹1,500 crores were spent solely on acquiring the story rights.
